JAMES BLAKE, ALABAMA 3 AND MUCH MORE FOR LATITUDE
The latest acts confirmed for the Lake Stage include experimental electronic composer and singer songwriter James Blake, alongside new acts, acoustic-rooted songwriter Gary Nock, and Kingston Grammar school’s talent contest winner Gabriella Noble.
Headlining the Sunrise Arena on the Friday evening will be Faris Rotter’s (of The Horrors) band Cats Eyes compromising of Rotter and Italian-Canadian soprano and multi instrumentalist Rachel Zeffira. Whilst Danish quartet When Saints Go Machine will bring cellos, harp strings, electronic squealings and churnings more typical of their K7 label mates to the same stage.
The Comedy Arena sees Robin Ince, and Joe Bor added to the line-up.
Latitude’’s Film & Music Arena latest additions to the line-up include Alabama 3, a Q&A session with Ralph Fiennes, and a screening of ‘’Senna’’ a documentary film about the life and death of Brazilian motor-racing champion, Ayrton Senna, followed by a Q&A with the director Asif Kapadia.
