We are approaching the half way stage in the planning for this year’s big celebration in the forests of Småland and the festival organisers announce 5 additions to the line up!

The Bronx (U.S.) – With three full length albums and a fourth on the input in 2012, The Bronx purposefully redefined the very essence of what the hardcore and punk can be. It is no coincidence that in April share the stage with Refused and The Hives when they play the classic, The Warfield in San Francisco.

Joker (UK) – In the autumn of 2011 released dubstep-Prince Joker’s first album, The Vision, which was preceded by a plethora of successful singles including Kode9s classical Hyperdub label. Heavy bass lines, lightning breaks and soulful melodies meet up and shaping tomorrow’s soul music.

Errors (UK) – The Scots of Errors has been since his debut in 2005 at Mogwais record label Rock Action Records for each additional release has grown in the suit that the electronic post-rock’s main standard-bearer. With luggage to Hultsfred has the fresh Have Some Faith in Magic, one of the year’s most acclaimed and talked-about albums.

AlunaGeorge (UK) – The Guardian, Dazed & Confused, etc. for the AlunaGeorge as the next big name to be passed after The Weeknd, Jamie Woon and Drake. Hultsfred is the first Swedish festival visit ever to the futuristic R & B duo.

Rising (DK) – With full-length debut To Solemn Ash from the 2011 Danish RISING step up as the best example of that metal is something that is relevant to other than those already initiated. It’s about stoner / sludge but a darn much needed and refreshing punk attitude, self-evident to Hultsfred.
