Write a Review or Take Some Pics?

Are you going to a festival anywhere in Europe in 2011, do you like taking photo’s and writing about your experience?

We are looking for festival fans to write short reviews and take some photos for our main website e-tainmentnews.com.

* Unfortunately, at the current time, we cannot afford any paid collaboration or hire any part-time or full time worker. We are happy to help you spread your opinions and publish your ideas, and for longer-term collaborations, we try to reward the writers offering tickets for assisting to concerts or other events. But for those searching for a paid job, we are sad to say that we do not have any openings available. We hope that in the future this situation will change and we can reward our writers financially, but for the time being, this is the way it is.

If this is something of interest then please use our CONTACT FORM and let us know which festival (s) you will be attending and if possible write a short review of a  favourite concert / festival or cd and a couple of photos if you have them.

We will publish all reviews good and bad and send you the link so you can show off to all your friends and family!

So get writing to us and let’s see if we can create a huge resource for festival fans all around Europe!

Keep on rockin’

I really like this website but I think it would be great if when you click the country you actually have it organised in chronological order…Actually have the date beside the festival (it’s frustrating and there’s no point clicking to view tickets if you’re not available for the time the festival is on) .Perhaps too a few key words as to the style or nature of the festival as maybe a vast amount of people know what they would like to go to, but others may like a change and a new perspective. Just a thought. But Thanks- this is a great site!

    1. There are a lot of things we can do and a lot we can’t especially with over 5000 festivals in Europe every year (we list a fraction of them and keep adding) of various sizes. The amount of time it would take for example and the limitations of the software being just two. Putting them in date order could be possible but we prefer to list some of the bigger festivals at the top of the page as they are of more interest in general and you are right in that most people know what festival they want to go to year on year and that’s what they look for on by following our blog. This is also only a small part of e-tainment news and will be incorporated into our main website where more features will be possible in the long run.

Thanks for your comments – and thanks for following!
